2021 Customer Connections Conference Safety Protocols
 
     
 
All participants in the 2021 Customer Connections Conference agree to adhere to APPA’s safety
protocols for the meeting, and all applicable state and local guidelines. These protocols may include
wearing a mask at all times in public areas; engaging in appropriate physical distancing and hygiene
practices; submitting to daily health screenings and temperature checks; and not attending the
conference if you are ill, actively experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have recently been in close
contact with someone who has tested positive or been diagnosed with COVID-19.
Safety protocols will be updated as the situation evolves and will be communicated to all participants
